Chestnut Mushroom

These mushrooms grow in clusters and have an orange/brown color speckled with white flakes. They're also known as Cinnamon Caps, but don't let that name fool you. Their flavor profile is earthy and nutty, with a robust aroma and crunchy texture. And the mild earthy flavor has notes of a peppery finish.
