Founded in early 2021, Woods & Stems of Evansville Indiana, offers a variety of gourmet mushrooms sustainably raised on our small women-owned family farm. Our Mission is to produce and sell the highest quality gourmet mushrooms and mushroom products, while remaining 100% chemical free. Our mushrooms provide a protein rich, low calorie, low carbohydrate, source of fiber and antioxidants. Plus, mushrooms are the only significant source of vitamin D in the produce isle!
