Cooking Classes
A night out, with mushrooms at the heart of the table.
Our cooking classes are fully hands-on experiences where everyone cooks, with mushrooms as the main focus of the menu. The classes are a great option for a date night, a night out with friends, or a group looking to share something fun and memorable together.

These evenings are social, relaxed, and high-energy in the best way. There’s conversation, music, great food, and a cash bar available, so guests can enjoy a drink while they cook and settle into the experience. It’s lively, welcoming, and always a good time.

How the Class Works
Each class is led by Chef Leslie, who guides the group through the menu step by step. Sous Chef Julie is on hand throughout the evening to jump in wherever needed — offering extra help, answering questions, and making sure everyone stays on track.

With around 60 participants per class, the experience feels communal and fun, while still being well-supported. Whether you’re confident in the kitchen or trying something new, you’ll have guidance when you need it and space to enjoy the process.

This is not a demonstration class — everyone cooks from start to finish.
The Setting
Classes are hosted at Seton Harvest, a working CSA farm. We gather in a covered pavilion that keeps the evening comfortable while still feeling open to the outdoors.

Classes typically begin between 6:00 and 6:30 PM, and as the evening goes on, the space takes on a relaxed, celebratory feel — cooking together, sharing food, and enjoying the atmosphere of being on the farm as the night settles in.
