About the event

Woodland Harvest Skillet

Join Woods & Stems for another hands-on evening of cooking with mushrooms!

This class centers around our new Woodland Harvest Skillet — golden-seared Lion’s Mane and Chestnut mushrooms with baby potatoes, carrots and fresh herbs, brought together in a creamy white wine Parmesan sauce.

You’ll learn how to properly sear gourmet mushrooms to develop deep, savory flavor, build a silky pan sauce from scratch, and bring the entire dish together using just one skillet.

This class is designed to be shared — whether you come with a partner, a friend, or on your own. It’s interactive, relaxed and welcoming, with plenty of time to cook, connect and enjoy the process together. You won’t be watching a demonstration; you’ll be cooking every step of the way.

And because it’s October, we’re giving this class a little extra Woodland Harvest magic. 🍄🍂 Come ready for a cozy evening, great food and maybe even a surprise or two. 👀

A cash bar will be available, along with non-alcoholic drink options for those who prefer them. Grab a drink, settle in and enjoy the evening while you cook.
